Your Profile Is a Match If You:
Have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related HR function.
Are proficient with job portals and professional networks but want to master LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic sourcing.
Have managed interview cycles and want to own the end-to-end process for sales and corporate hiring.
Are an excellent communicator with strong English skills and a stakeholder-friendly approach.
Are committed and available for the night shift (6 PM - 2 AM, Mon-Sat) at our Gulistan-e-Johar office.
Your 90-Day Growth Plan:
