Your Profile Is a Match If You:

• Have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related HR function.

• Are proficient with job portals and professional networks but want to master LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic sourcing.

• Have managed interview cycles and want to own the end-to-end process for sales and corporate hiring.

• Are an excellent communicator with strong English skills and a stakeholder-friendly approach.

• Are committed and available for the night shift (6 PM - 2 AM, Mon-Sat) at our Gulistan-e-Johar office.

Your 90-Day Growth Plan:
You will be integrated into our 8-person HR team to:

• Master Advanced Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping to build pipelines.
