This is where strategy meets execution. We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to be the engine of our US market digital growth. You will translate marketing objectives into tangible results—increased organic visibility, qualified traffic, and sales leads—for our international BPO services.

Your Mission: Drive Performance Through Execution

  • Execute the on-page and technical SEO strategy for our flagship services, ensuring our digital presence ranks for high-intent US market keywords.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify clear opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Implement on-page optimizations (meta tags, content, structure) and collaborate on technical SEO improvements with developers.

  • Manage and optimize local business listings and profiles for our Karachi offices.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, linking your work directly to lead generation metrics.

We Are Looking For You If You Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.

  • Practical experience with core SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO platform (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO factors, technical SEO fundamentals, and local SEO practices.

  • An analytical, data-driven mindset and excellent attention to detail.
