ABS International is seeking a visionary Senior YouTube Growth Specialist to take full ownership of our YouTube strategy, from keyword research to audience retention metrics. This is not a content creation role; it's a performance marketing role focused on exponential channel growth, conversion, and maximizing watch time.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Master)

• YouTube SEO & Video Optimization: Lead all on-page and off-page SEO for our video content. This includes deep keyword research, title/description optimization, tagging strategy, and playlist structuring to maximize organic search visibility and discoverability.

• Channel Strategy & Growth: Design and execute a comprehensive YouTube Channel Growth strategy aimed at significantly increasing subscribers and overall monthly views.

• Performance Analysis: Utilize YouTube Analytics, VidIQ, and TubeBuddy to diagnose channel performance. Identify drop-off points and implement rapid fixes.

• Audience & Retention: Develop and test strategies for improving audience retention and click-through rate (CTR) through thumbnail design feedback, pacing advice, and A/B testing elements.

• Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze competitor channels and market trends  to identify content gaps and profitable opportunities.

Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience scaling YouTube channels, demonstrable track record required.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and at least one dedicated SEO tool (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ, SEMrush).

• Data Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data (watch time, session starts, traffic sources) into actionable content and growth strategy.

• Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan.
