ABS International manages international client accounts and export-related customer service. We’re expanding our Karachi night-shift team to deliver high-quality phone-first support to overseas customers—with a clear growth path into Team Lead and management roles.
We are looking for dependable representatives to handle international customer accounts via inbound and outbound phone channels. This role requires a focus on excellent problem solving and customer relationships. When appropriate, you will follow the company process for recommending add-ons or upgrades. Training, daily incentives, and a documented promotion path are provided.
Provide professional phone support to international customers (inbound + outbound).
Resolve issues to maintain high CSAT and reduce escalations.
Identify service-driven revenue opportunities and follow the company cross-sell/up-sell process.
Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date (Salesforce, Zendesk, or equivalent).
Meet service KPIs and contribute toward incentive targets.
Collaborate with operations and shift leads to streamline the customer experience.
Experience: 1+ year customer service / BPO / call-centre experience preferred.
Language: Fluent English (C1 level) with strong phone etiquette.
Shift: Night-shift availability and reliable attendance are mandatory.
Mindset: Service-first mindset with basic sales aptitude (sales enablement training provided).
Tech: Comfortable using CRM systems and recording accurate case notes.
Base: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 / month.
Performance Incentives: PKR 18,000 – 25,000+ / month.
Attendance Bonus: PKR 3,000 / month.
