ABS International is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to drive the success of key HR functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment initiatives and manage staffing needs across various departments.
- Oversee the employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Administer compensation management, including salary determination, payroll processing, and oversight of bonuses, absences, and leave policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including equal employment opportunities, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Effectively mediate and resolve staffing issues and employee disputes in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, ideally in a managerial or executive role.
- Proven expertise in people management, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
