ABS International handles international accounts and provides export-related services. We’re expanding our night-shift support team in Gulistan-e-Johar to deliver high-quality, phone-first customer service for international clients.

Role: Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers; resolve issues during calls and drive first-contact resolution.
• Meet daily KPIs (calls handled, quality scores, average handle time) to maximize incentives.
• Log detailed and accurate case notes in CRM (Salesforce / Zendesk / similar) and follow escalation workflows.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to close complex cases.
• Support customer retention initiatives by providing consultative, service-led recommendations.
• Attend paid skills training and regular feedback sessions to improve metrics.

Minimum requirements

• 1+ year experience in international customer support, BPO, or call centre environment.
• Fluent English (verbal & written — C1 or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage escalations and complex cases.
• Available for fixed night shift (select Option 1 or Option 2) and able to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar (near Darul Sehat Hospital).
• Customer-first mindset and coachable attitude.

Nice-to-have

• B2B or exports experience, familiarity with international account protocols.
• Own smartphone and reliable transport.
