We are seeking a BPO Sales Team Lead to directly mentor, motivate, and manage a unit of our US-market Outbound/Inbound Sales Executives. This is a player-coach role where you will lead by example, drive results, and develop the next generation of top performers for our 16-year international BPO.*
Your Mission: Be the Multiplier.
Lead & Coach: Directly manage, train, and performance-coach a team of 10-15 Sales Executives, driving them to exceed individual and team targets.
Drive Strategy Execution: Translate sales targets into daily/weekly action plans for your team, ensuring flawless execution of sales processes.
Analyze & Optimize: Monitor team KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue), provide data-driven feedback, and implement improvements to maximize floor productivity.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of customer interaction and compliance are maintained by your team on all US-market calls.
Talent Development: Identify high-potential team members, create development plans, and prepare them for advancement.

You Are the Leader We Need If You Have:
3+ years of experience in BPO or call center sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead, supervisor, or senior mentoring role.
A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a outbound/inbound environment.
A genuine passion for coaching, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable team guidance.
